At Simple Marriages LLC, we are dedicated to providing exceptional wedding officiation services while understanding that circumstances may necessitate cancellations or adjustments. Please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy below:

1. Officiant Availability: The agreement of the Officiant to officiate the Ceremony is subject to proven detention by accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other legitimate conditions beyond their control. Should such unforeseen circumstances arise, we will make every reasonable effort to find a suitable replacement officiant. If a replacement officiant cannot be secured, you will be presented with the following options: a. A full refund of the amount paid. b. The opportunity to reschedule the ceremony for a later date, subject to officiant availability.
2. Rescheduling Policy: If you wish to reschedule your ceremony, kindly provide us with a minimum of 2 days’ notice from the original date. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of our officiants. We will do our utmost to accommodate your preferred date and time.
3. Cancellation and Refund Timeline: a. If you decide to cancel the ceremony within 5 days after making the retainer payment ($25), you will be eligible for a full refund, which will be processed within 30 days. b. After the initial 5-day period, any amount paid over the retainer will be refunded to you. c. If a cancellation occurs after the 5-day period and within 48 hours of the scheduled ceremony, the retainer amount will not be refunded.
4. Absence on the Wedding Day: In the unfortunate event that you, as the couple, cannot be present on the day of your scheduled ceremony, it will be necessary to reschedule the ceremony. Please note that a new payment will be required to secure the new date and time.
